Summer School Applications Diamond Bar

Diamond Bar High Summer School 2016 information is now posted on the DBHS website under “SUMMER”.  DBHS Summer School will run from June 6th through July 14th, Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am – 1:00 pm.  For full information, including tentative course offerings and online registration dates and processes, please refer to our website by CLICKING HERE:

Online summer school registration for non-tuition classes is now active.  Students interested in registering for free summer school classes, either for advancement or remediation of a D or F, should visit the DBHS website and apply online from 2/24/16 – 3/7/16.  The registration window will be closed after March 7th, 2016.

Students may apply online for the following non-tuition classes:  Civics/Economics combo (Class of 2017 only), US History (Class of 2017 or 2018 only), World History, Music Appreciation (satisfies the UC/CSU VPA requirement), Geometry, Algebra II, and Spanish I.

Applying for a class is no guarantee that you will get the class, and there is no advantage to applying early. Seats will be granted according to grade level, current juniors first, then by lottery if there are more applicants than seats. DBHS students, then WVUSD students have priority over students from outside the district.  Class rosters will be posted online by 8:00 pm on 3/10/16.  Students who aren’t placed in a class and are still interested in pursuing summer school classes should apply for a tuition class via the link to Dedicated2Learning on the main summer school page.
