Reminder that you will need a score of 80% or better on the ALEKS review assignment before taking test, and you may take the review assignment up to 6 times, so make sure you start the review on Thursday, so you have time to try again on Friday morning (there is a zoom meeting available Friday morning 10-11:30 for any questions or help). Because to can retake the Assignment, it does not go away after you score your 80% or better, so you only have to retake it if you don't get 80% or better.

 

Extra Practice:  Optional:  Quizizz,  Khan Academy and Big Ideas ch.10 quiz are all available for additional review and practice.

 

 

Thursday morning check Google Classroom for a google forms labeled "Week 3 Wellness check in".

Open the form and answer all the questions.  I will take roll (score for Aeries) from your responses on the google forms.

This MUST be completed BEFORE 5pm.

 

Go to Google Classroom and open the Agenda (week 3) and notice the assignments for the week.

Once you have looked at your agenda, on the goolgle classroom assignment "Mark as Done"
Do NOT wait until Tuesday, do it as soon as you have looked at your agenda

You are to watch at least one of the lesson videos (either me or Ms. Brady's) before starting the homework.

Homework due dates are NOT intended to be WHEN you work on the assignments, but due by that date. PLEASE work on the assignments evenly throughout the week. DON'T wait until Thursday and work on ALL of them then.

Friday's Quiz will again be on ALEKS, and the 80% requirement WILL be in effect this week and a late penalty for work and the quiz will also be in effect and greater.

Please notice that the Quizizz is NOT Required google classroom assignment. You may work on the Quizizz multiple times (I think I'll set it to four times), and Quizizz should automatically put your latest (last) score in the google assignment. So make sure your last time is your best effort.

Unfortunately some students are misusing zoom and google meetings so we are going to require that you show your face (just at the start) to verify it is you. And always, you will not get in if your user name does not have both first and last name. Go to the tutoring to learn how to change your name if you are using your parents zoom account. Ask them if you have start your own account for this purpose.

A. Make sure you have logged into ALEKS and have gotten through the Initial Knowledge Check BEFORE Monday.

 

B. Attmept at least 1 hour of Khan Academy (logged in using your school google account) and have  completed a few of the content learning questions.

 

C. Submitted your Big Ideas Learning Chapter Reviews:  There is also an optional QUARTERLY TEST (Benchmark):  Needs about 1.5 hours to complete (3 sessions??). Make sure you save every time you log out of an assignment on Big Ideas
